SO YOU'RE HAVING A BABY: A COMPLETE BIRTH CLASS
Ideal for new parents, our all-inclusive classes guide expecting parents through the joys and challenges of pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. This is much more than a simple guide to hospital procedures or an intro to the latest birth trends - you will engage with the information and tools you need to make decisions about coping with labor, medical intervention, and recovery, and have fun while learning the best ways to care for your bundle of joy before and after birth!
All mothers, whether expecting natural, epidural or cesarean births, are welcome and will gain so much from these classes - they've been created to help every new parent make the best decisions for their unique situation, whatever that might be!
Meeting conveniently at Southeast Community College in Lincoln, we offer this class one night a week for 6 consecutive weeks.

TO SIGN UP
We recently partnered with SCC! This means that sign up is now completed through Southeast Community College. There are two options for enrolling. You may call SCC's Continuing Education office at 402-437-2700 to sign up for a class. This is the easiest option.
To sign up online: click this link. Type in the the word "birth" in the search menu. This will pull up all class dates available. Select the one that works well for your schedule and complete the sign up process through SCC’s site. Please note: you will not receive a confirmation email if you sign up online.
